Good Luck in the Far West Regional Championship!

Good luck to all of our AUFC or soon to be AUFC Timbers & Thorns teams traveling to Boise next week to compete in the Far West Regional Championship!

We have our AUFC 06 Boys, AUFC 04 Girls & a soon to be an AUFC 03 team traveling this weekend to start the tournament next week. The teams will start in a 4 team bracket, playing each team over three days (Monday – Wednesday). The top two teams from each bracket will make it to the quarterfinals to be played next Friday, June 21, 2019.

These three teams qualified, along with our AUFC 00 Girls team, by winning the New Mexico State Cup Tournament, proving to be the best team in their age group in the state. They will compete against other state champions from: Alaska, Arizona, California (North & South), Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. This tournament is a stepping stone along the path to the National Championships next month in Overland Park, Kansas.
